According to Dustin Brooks from Coding Horror, G-Archiver’s programmer (John Terry) has implemented a small piece of code so that each time a user input his Gmail username and password an email is sent to John containing their username and password! Quite disturbing given that the software is worth $29.95!.
So basically, everyone who bought it have actually paid money to get hacked!. Luckily, Dustin Brooks has succeeded in penetrating John’s email ( you can see a screenshot of his Gmail account containing the collected usernames and password via G-Archiver).
So What are you waiting for! CHANGE YOUR GMAIL PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY!
